Who runs this site and what this policy covers
FormaRoman Group, Bulevardul Unirii 45, Bucharest 030827, Romania, decides which tools run on this website and is the controller of what they collect. Write to info@company-formation-in-romania.com with any question about this page.
This policy covers this website only. By cookies it means cookies, local storage, session storage and scripts that read your device. Items strictly needed to run the site and keep its forms secure need no consent. Analytics and session recording need yours. What the forms send, how long it is kept and your rights are in the privacy policy.
What runs before you choose
These work before you answer the banner. None of them sets an analytics cookie.
- Your banner answer, kept in this browser's local storage under the key
fr-consent-v1, not in a cookie. - Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers this site; in our measurement it sets no cookie here.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check on the home, contact, onboarding and payment pages.
- Fonts and icons are served from this site, not from another company's server.
- The Google tag, in Google's Consent Mode with analytics storage denied: it sets no cookie and sends Google only cookie-less signals that a page was viewed.
- What this site never runs: advertising, remarketing or social-media trackers, and chat widgets.
What waits for your consent
Before Accept, nothing below is written to your device or sent to Microsoft, and Google receives only the cookie-less signals named above. After Reject, it stays that way.
Google Analytics 4
Counts pages and returning visits in aggregate and sets first-party cookies, only after you accept. Before that, its tag runs without cookies.
Microsoft Clarity
Shows how pages are used: clicks, scrolling and session replays, with values typed into forms masked. It may set cookies on Microsoft's own domains, which the table below lists.
The form collector
After Accept, this script keeps your path through the site, first visit and visit count in session and local storage, never a cookie. Forms carry that context, not cookie contents: Context sent with every form.
What loads only when you use it
The map on the contact page loads Google Maps only after you press the button to show it, even if you accepted nothing. Google may then set cookies on its own domain. The address stays readable without the map.
When you pay an invoice, card details are typed on Stripe's own page and a crypto payment is made on NOWPayments' own page, each under its own cookie policy. This site loads no payment script.

Changing your choice and changes to this policy
The "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page reopens the banner. Reject, or withdraw an earlier Accept, and analytics stops from the next page. Cookies already set can be deleted in your browser's own settings. Refusing changes nothing about how the pages and forms work.
This policy changes when a tool is added, removed or changes what it stores, and the date at the top moves with it. Write to info@company-formation-in-romania.com with any question about it.
